How to redeem
- 1 Launch NTE and open the main menu.
- 2 Tap the "⋯" (three-dot) icon next to your player avatar.
- 3 On the "Redemption Code" page, enter the code and submit.
- 4 Rewards arrive in your in-game mail — don't forget to claim them.
FAQ
Do codes expire? +
Yes. Most redemption codes are valid for a short window — a few days to a few weeks. Once expired they stop working, so enter any working code as soon as you find it.
How many times can I use a code? +
Each code can usually be redeemed once per game account. If you play multiple accounts, log into each one and enter it separately.
Where do I collect the rewards? +
After a successful redemption, rewards are delivered to your in-game mailbox. Claim them from there — mail can have its own expiry, so don't leave it too long.
Why does a code say invalid or fail? +
Common causes: it expired, it was already redeemed on that account, a typo (watch upper/lowercase letters and 0 vs O), or a region/platform restriction. Check each and try again.
When are NTE codes released? +
