Linko is a limited S-rank Anima quickswap damage dealer using Plasma Arcs. Start with her Support Skill rather than maxing Basic Attack first. Her third awakening unlocks the Skill reset; her fifth changes how Skill-triggered Synced Strikes interact with Cycles.

Skills and Mechanics
Basic Attack: Poltergeist CQC
The five-hit Basic sequence builds Modulation. Off-field, Xiaozhen attacks and marks a target every 8 seconds; hitting that mark with a Redirect Skill enables a Synced Strike.
Redirect Skill: Full-Frequency Pulse
Spend Modulation and select Xiaozhen or an ally for a Synced Strike. Its damage element follows the attacker: it is not always Anima damage.
Ultimate: Oversync
Deploy a Resonance Field and call up to three allies during Overdrive, then finish with an area burst. The field briefly persists afterward, treating allied Support Skills as Synced Strikes and follow-up damage.
Support Skill: Spectral Cross
Its level sets the damage ratio of Synced Strikes. This is a core damage investment, not an optional skill to leave until last.
Passive 1: Weakness Radar
Hexed enhancement: additional follow-up base damage becomes 30%; Hexed targets take 10% more follow-up damage.
Passive 2: Precision Tuning
Synced Strikes reduce resistance to the attacker’s element by 8% for 12 seconds. Different elements coexist; repeating the same element refreshes rather than stacks.
Investment
Invest in Support Skill and Ultimate, unlock both passives, then improve Skill and Basic Attack as resources allow. Guides differ on which of Support or Ultimate to finish first; neither supports treating Support as an afterthought.
Awakenings and Resonance
| Item | Effect |
|---|---|
| A1 | Off-field attack interval -25%: 8 seconds becomes 6 seconds. |
| A2 | Ultimate’s final Anima burst ratio +30%, not a blanket 30% increase to every attack. |
| A3 | Casting Ultimate resets Redirect Skill cooldown. This is not part of A0. |
| A4 | Field-triggered strikes add Anima area damage and can consume the mark. The ratio scales with Ultimate level; it is not a fixed 100%. |
| A5 | Skill-triggered Synced Strikes can trigger Cycles. If the selected ally cannot form a Cycle with Linko, that strike deals 50% more damage. |
| A6 | Allied Synced Strikes gain 25% Crit Rate and the Charge effect. |
Three awakenings: Support, Redirect Skill and Ultimate levels +1; Linko ATK +20%.
Six awakenings: field duration +5 seconds; all allies gain 30% Anima and Incantation damage during the field.
A0 already supports quickswap play. Choose further investment by purpose: A1 for off-field frequency, A3 for cooldown flow, A4 for field damage, or A5 for Cycle access. There is no universal requirement to buy A1, A2 and A4.
Signature Arc and Alternatives
Voice of the Voyager
Level 80: 570 base ATK and 24% Crit Rate. At M1: ATK +24%, Support Skill Crit DMG +66%; Support hits add 22% Ultimate Crit DMG per stack for 3 seconds, up to 3 stacks, refreshing on repeated triggers.
Use an already-built compatible Plasma Arc before spending on another limited weapon. Ready-Ready and Raging Flames are alternatives to compare against your inventory. Published Arc rankings depend on refinement, team and rotation; their percentages are not guaranteed account-wide gains.

Cartridges and Stats
Fireflies and the Forest is the primary set to consider. Two pieces give 10% Anima damage. Four pieces grant 8% Crit DMG when nearby enemies take Anima damage from your team, up to seven stacks lasting 10 seconds each, including off-field. Balance Crit Rate with your Arc, then compare Crit DMG, Anima damage and ATK across complete builds.
Materials
All six ascensions require 86 Water Moon Picks. Farm the rhythm-game boss, not Headless Rider. The weekly skill material comes from the Arachne encounter; the old guide’s Eternal Memory label was incorrect. Use the Poker Tea Party skill-material stage, Liquid Dream Arc-material stage and the forest-set cartridge stage.
The 86 total covers character ascension only, excluding skills, Arc levels and experience. Material routes are checked against a mainland-China farming guide and Japanese database. Use the in-game calculator for your target levels instead of an unexplained all-max total.
Rotation
- Apply team buffs and enemy debuffs before swapping to Linko. Let Modulation accumulate naturally; a full Basic combo every rotation is not mandatory.
- Use Redirect Skill and choose the ally whose element you want to support with resistance reduction.
- During Ultimate, trigger up to three Synced Strikes before the finisher. An additional cooldown-reset Skill requires A3.
- Swap back to the main damage dealer and use marks between rotations. Check attack range and whether enemies remain inside the field.
Teams and Pull Advice
A practical core is Linko, Zankou and Sakiri. Add Iroi for sustain or Daffodill for break pressure. Treat these as starting points, not a claim that one lineup wins every matchup.

Without Zankou, build around Baicang and available supports. Shinku teams need a separate check of Cosmos-Anima Cycle and energy access: replacing an existing Cycle enabler with Linko can require A5.
Try the character trial before committing. Her signature fits her kit, but it is not required to use A0. A new account benefits more from a functioning four-character team and reliable survival than from chasing high awakenings.
